Our Managed Services team is the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring their foundational cloud platforms are performant, optimised, and secure. What will your role be? As a core member of our Managed Services team, the EUC Engineer is a specialist role focused on enabling our clients' users to work securely and productively from anywhere. You will be responsible for the management, security, and health of our clients' endpoint estates, using modern device management tools, primarily from the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role where you will troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, manage device lifecycles via Microsoft Intune, and support modern collaboration platforms. You will be the go-to person for endpoint management, ensuring that client devices are compliant, secure, and configured to best practices in a dynamic, multi-client MSP environment. What will you be doing? Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of devices (Windows, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune, from enrolment to retirement. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot configuration profiles and compliance policies to ensure device security and alignment with client requirements. Provide focused 2nd line support for all EUC technologies, including Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)/Windows 365, and Microsoft 365 collaboration apps. Proactively monitor and conduct health checks on client Intune environments, identifying and remediating configuration errors, deployment failures, and non-compliant devices. Package and deploy Win32 applications and Microsoft Store apps via Intune to client device fleets. Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Windows Autopilot deployment profiles. Provide support for users on virtual desktop platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365). Handle escalated support tickets related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams. This may be you: We are looking for a problem-solver with a deep interest in modern endpoint management and a strong customer-centric approach. Proven experience in an EUC, Desktop Support, or Modern Workplace role, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including: Device enrolment and lifecycle management for Windows, iOS, and Android. Creating and deploying device configuration and compliance policies. Application packaging (specifically Win32) and deployment. Practical experience with Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning. Experience supporting virtual desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365). Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams). Strong troubleshooting skills related to Windows 10/11 operating systems, user profiles, and device performance issues. You must hold or be willing and able to obtain security clearance to SC level. You do not need to already hold SC to apply. Desirable: Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) is highly desirable. Experience managing macOS devices with Intune. Scripting skills with PowerShell to automate endpoint management tasks.
