What We’re Looking For
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
7. Experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
8. A warm, patient and creative teaching style
9. Strong grasp of phonics, early reading and child‑centred approaches
10. Flexibility, positivity and amitment to pupil progress
