Talent Sourcing Specialist - 12 Month Fixed Term

Your new role
As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for targeted positions, as well as proactively building and nurturing a pipeline of skilled and diverse talent across Europe. Experience in recruiting for engineering or environmental consulting roles is preferred.
Our Talent Acquisition team is located across the UK, with a mix of home and office work, based in Birmingham. The team comprises passionate colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway, all looking forward to welcoming you. You will be part of a global, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition community and collaborate closely with your colleagues.
Within Ramboll’s Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will define and execute creative recruiting strategies for complex roles across multiple business areas and geographies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with Hiring Managers across Denmark to understand business needs and identify external talent pipelines for specific regions and functions.
* Using various sourcing channels (e.g., Boolean Search, social media, external databases, company websites, CRM) to develop a proactive pipeline of diverse candidates for open, recurring, and niche roles.
* Developing innovative sourcing strategies and sharing information to identify suitable candidate profiles.
* Conducting pre-screening phone interviews to assess skills, competencies, cultural fit, and potential for current or future roles.
* Building relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and passive recruiting techniques, including social media engagement.
* Maintaining and enhancing relationships with external sources to strengthen the company's market presence.
About you
We support your personal and professional growth from day one. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
* Experience in recruitment within a large international company or agency.
* Experience in engineering, environmental, or management consulting is advantageous.
* Strong research, interpretation, and utilization of competitor information.
* Advanced skills in proactive outreach, candidate sourcing, and phone screening.
* Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is desirable.
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of social media, recruitment tools, and systems like LinkedIn.
* Proven ability to meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.
* Effective prioritization skills for managing multiple openings under tight deadlines.
