Nursery Third in Charge | Up to £35,000 | Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
This Third in Charge position is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step while still staying hands-on with the children.

What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
* Strong experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Confidence supporting room leaders and stepping up in the absence of senior staff.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
* A nurturing, proactive, and professional approach.

What You'll Do
* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery alongside the management team.
* Lead by example, mentoring practitioners and helping maintain high standards of care.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
* Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment indoors and outdoors.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Observe, assess, and track children's progress to support individual development.
* Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times.
