Receipt Management Clerk - Temp Cover for 6 months - Office Based in Southport (North West)
* Posting all payments received
* Allocate all payments received – account reconciliation sometimes required
* Ensure remittances are verified for import into cash allocation system
* Liaising with internal customers – credit controllers and cash management
* Chasing remittances
* Monitoring remittance inboxes
* Assist with direct debits
* Use multiple in house computer systems along with Microsoft Office and Teams
* Hybrid working when probation is passed (3 days office, 2 days home)
