£75,000 - £85,000 plus bonus and share options
I'm currently supporting a rapidly scaling SaaS business that has become a trusted partner to some of the world's most recognisable enterprise brands. Their platform enables global organisations to harness real-time data for digital transformation, predictive analytics, and smarter, AI-ready operations. They are backed by top-tier investors and continue to expand internationally.
This newly created Senior FP&A Analyst role will play a key part in supporting capital-efficient growth by providing insight, transparency, and strategic financial analysis to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Budgeting & Forecasting to support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-term modelling; partner with department leads to optimise spend.
• SaaS Metrics & Insights: track ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, churn and other KPIs to deliver cohort analysis to assess retention and expansion opportunities.
• Revenue & Cost Analysis to ensure accurate revenue recognition, margin analysis, and commission calculations, support month- and year-end close processes.
• Reporting & Communication, prepare financial reports and dashboards for executives and investors; contribute to board materials, fundraising and M&A diligence.
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years' FP&A experience (SaaS / technology / high-growth environment desirable).
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (ACA/ACCA/CFA progression a plus).
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP/FP&A tool experience.
• Confident communicator with the ability to distil data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on attitude, happy rolling sleeves up in a scale-up setting.
