Logistics Co-ordinator
Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm + Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm (rota)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Integrity Plus Ltd is proud to present a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join the busy team at our client’s Boston Depot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service while supporting smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, drivers, and depots in a professional and responsive manner
* Manage queries via telephone and email, resolving issues efficiently
* Accurately book jobs onto bespoke IT systems
* Coordinate deliveries and collections to ensure operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory legislation
* Support transport planning and overall team operations
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in a similar logistics or administrative role is desirable
* Strong administrative experience (essential)
* Fully computer literate
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Problem-solving mindset with a flexible, “can-do” attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
