We have an exciting role within our Finance team as a Finance Officer.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our Adult Social Care Finance Team. If you want to make a difference to the residents of Middlesbrough, this could be the role for you.
Who We're Looking For
We seek individuals with a strong customer service background, effective verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You should be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
Training and Responsibilities
Full training will be provided. Experience in finance or adult social care is beneficial. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, customer contact via multiple channels including inbound and outbound calls, handling staff and client queries related to accounts and charging, and supporting income collection.
