Salary: £2000 - £2200 per month (potential salary depending on experience, qualifications, and hours worked)
Contract Dates: 25th September 2025 to 26th July 2026
The School and Role
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a dynamic classroom environment? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistants to join one of our schools in Rochdale from September 2025.
As a main class Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your role will involve supporting pupils of all abilities, helping to deliver high-quality learning experiences, and promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing throughout the school day.
You will spend all your time with children, ensuring they reach their potential in the classroom and as part of the school community.
Requirements
The successful Teaching Assistant will require:
* KS2 Year 3 experience or confidence working with children
* A good understanding of the National Curriculum framework or a willingness to learn it
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals
* A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs
* A positive, patient, and compassionate attitude, with a commitment to professional development
