Mechanical Supervisor Mentor(Automotive Background)
* This exciting opportunity is Ideal for an experienced car mechanic or mechanical professional ready to pass on their skills.
* This role is perfect for someone from a hands-on automotive or mechanical background who wants to move away from the tools and into a rewarding training role, using transferable skills to support others into employment.
* Based on-site at Highpoint you will be mentoring, youll work with small groups of adult learners, helping them develop practical skills in motor mechanics, confidence, and positive behaviours that support long-term employability and rehabilitation.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Delivering engaging vocational training in a secure environment
2. Teaching basic motor mechanics and vehicle servicing
3. Supporting learners with skills development, behaviour, and future goals
4. Creating and following structured training plans
