? The Opportunity
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Venue Manager — and when they’re away, it’s your time to lead.
You’ll help drive performance, support the team and ensure the venue runs smoothly day-to-day. From customer experience to operational standards, you’ll be trusted to step up and make decisions that keep everything moving.

? What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Venue Manager in delivering strong commercial performance and KPIs
* Stepping up as Acting Manager when required
* Leading, motivating and supporting the team on shift
* Delegating tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations
* Driving sales and engagement during busy periods and events
* Opening and closing the venue (keyholder responsibilities)
* Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

? Customer Experience Focus
You’ll play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment by:
* Promoting offers, events and in-venue experiences
* Serving refreshments and supporting customer needs
* Using product knowledge to recommend games and enhance play
* Handling cash transactions accurately and confidently
* Ensuring compliance with policies, including Challenge 25 and industry regulations

? What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience
* At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role (preferred)
* A confident leader with strong communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* Someone who thrives in a busy, customer-led environment
* Reliable, flexible and ready to take ownership
