Requirements for Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef:
* Experience in high-quality, large-volume restaurants.
* Hands-on, approachable, and capable of leading by example.
* Passionate, enthusiastic, and reliable.
* Minimum of one year in a Sous Chef role.
