Hours of Work: full time
Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries, liaise with suppliers, and ensure clients receive exceptional service.
* Proactively make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
* Process quotes and sales orders accurately, update CRM records diligently, and maintain excellent customer records.
* Resolve queries, provide feedback to the sales team, and contribute to continuous improvement in service standards.
Requirements
* A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to help the business grow
* Previous experience within an internal sales or similar role
* Comfort in making proactive outbound calls and managing customer relationships
* Passion for sales and an interest in engineering solutions
* Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills
