The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice customers can rely on. You’ll process and dispatch orders efficiently, answer enquiries with confidence, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver timely, accurate support that contributes to both customer satisfaction and company growth.
