Overview
Join to apply for the Client Money Remediation Analyst role at The Ardonagh Group. This hybrid opportunity in Leeds involves addressing and resolving legacy items across multiple workstreams, with specific focus on a system shut down project. You will work with other branches, insurers, and finance personnel to clear debtor, creditor, DTI, bank reconciliation and unallocated cash items, enabling the closure of the PAS and related bank accounts. This role requires 2 days per week in the office in Leeds, with the first weeks potentially requiring 5 days per week for training.
What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Working with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on the following and more:
1. Understand key processes across the IBA Operations function to support multiple work streams, including but not limited to:
* Client Cash receipt and allocation (Client and Agent Level)
* Insurer Receipts allocation
* Payment Processes
* Understanding of Bank Reconciliation
* Direct to Insurer
* Internal Debt
* Office Account Transfer
* Claims Reconciliations
1. Be able to work all aspects of PAS processing (as training and licenses permit).
3. Be able to understand and report back issues found, with follow-up activities as necessary.
4. Understand the impact of any actions taken outside of BAU process and ensure communicated effectively to interested parties and stakeholders.
