The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Team. The L&D Coordinator plays a key role by supporting our employee’s growth by ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programmes. The Learning Coordinator will schedule training sessions, handle event logistics and manage learning resources to ensure the smooth execution of our learning solutions. The role will involve: - Co-ordinate stakeholder diaries to schedule the L&D calendar of events - Promote L&D events through internal communication platforms - Process and screen nominees and conducting enrolment sessions to ensure correct candidates are selected/candidates meet entry requirements - Construct clear joining instructions and information for delegates - Manage engagement tracking of attendee’s - Coordinate ongoing information for Facilitators and Delegates and follow up - Arrange Hotel & Event logistics - Manage Day-to-Day Administration of the Learning Management System - Manage of learners and information through a Learner Management System - Support the Realise Mandatory training by enrolling employees, tracking progress and reporting on completion - Collaborate with the Recruitment team and Academy teams to support the scheduling of onboarding training - Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage training content control and updates - Work with Learning Managers and facilitators to support the design of engaging learning content Read the full job description here: L&D Coordinator ​ Where will I be based? This is a home-based role, but you may occasionally be asked to attend meetings in person. About You - An interest in how people learn and a desire to help others - Proven organisation, time management and admin skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues – does not wait to be told to do things - Excellent written English and IT skills - Ability to communicate succinctly - Comfortable building relationships and engaging with people at all levels both internally and externally - Comfortable working remotely as part of a virtual team - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Enjoys work variation and change ​ ​ About Us - Realise helps more than 18,000 learners every year to achieve their goals.
