About the Role: One of my local government clients are currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant / Business Support Officer, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of council services. In this hybrid position, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality support functions in a dynamic and fast-paced local government environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-level administrative and business support to teams across the council. * Manage and maintain both manual and electronic filing and information systems. * Respond effectively to urgent priorities, deadlines, and changing needs. * Support day-to-day office operations, scheduling, data entry, and document preparation. About You: We’re looking for candidates who have: * Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a regulated or public sector environment. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
