Warehouse Shift Coordinator Permanent Position Annual salary: 28k up to 30k after probation period Continental days 3on/3off 8am - 8pm Telford As the Warehouse Shift Coordinator you will ensure organisation of staffing schedules, leading a team of 4-8 Warehouse Operatives to ensure that day to day activities meet required targets on time and in full. This will be a working role leading by example. Reporting directly to the Deputy Warehouse Manager. Main job duties: 1. Health & Safety inc Housekeeping - Maintain safe working practices and environment. - Assisting with Investigation reports - Understand warehouse compliance regulations - Communication relating to H&S to immediate team 2. Stock control, material flow and fleet management - Monitor and communicate reports to immediate team - Safe, accurate and effective storage of goods - Oversee team performance and fleet utilisation - Daily Control of goods in/out process 3.
