Position Overview:
Hoses Unlimited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for selling our hydraulic hose repair & related services primarily to current& new customers within our established territory in the North West Of England & North Wales. The ideal candidate will focus on servicing mobile hydraulic equipment and stationary industrial manufacturers that utilize hydraulics in their related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in North West UK.
* Promote and sell hydraulic hose repair services, including repair of mobile hydraulic equipment and industrial hydraulic systems.
* Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and excellent service.
* Generating new business is a key priority; actively seek out and develop new customer opportunities within the territory.
* Seek out and promote special projects such as plant capital improvements and large-scale equipment upgrades.
* Provide our full portfolio of products and services, including hydraulic hose replacement, onsite repair, custom hydraulic tube bending, cylinder repair, and plant improvement solutions.
* Educate customers on the benefits of our services and promote repeat business.
* Coordinate with our technical team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Track sales activities, customer interactions, and maintain accurate reporting.
* Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date with all sales and contact activities.
Qualifications:
* No extensive hydraulic experience required; training will be provided.
* Outgoing, positive personality with a strong, problem-solving attitude.
* Technical mentality with an interest in understanding hydraulic systems and equipment.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and grow within the role.
* Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
* Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems preferred.

Compensation:
* Competitive base salary + excellent commission structure
