Job Title: Asbestos Administrator/Call Handler

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
We’re recruiting for an Asbestos Administrator/Call Handler to join a reputable asbestos management company that provides survey and testing services to a wide range of public and private sector clients across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a proactive team member to assist with administrative tasks and handle incoming calls, helping the team run efficiently and supporting the delivery of high quality asbestos services.
The role:
* Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
* Handling general enquiries from clients, tenants and contractors
* Booking in asbestos surveys
* Coordinating daily schedules for surveyors and analysts
* Liaising with tenants and site contacts to confirm access arrangements
* Maintaining accurate records within the company’s job management system
* Supporting the wider team with admin tasks, report processing, and follow-up communication
We’re looking for:
* Experience in administration, scheduling, or call handling (experience in asbestos, construction, facilities or a similar industry is a bonus, but not essential)
* Experience answering calls in a fast paced environment
* Strong administrative experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A natural communicator with a professional yet approachable manner
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Calm under pressure and able to think ahead to solve problem
* Located within commuting distance of Warrington and able to work in the office five days a week
