The Role: Complex, High-Value Serious Injury Work As an Associate, you will work as part of a close-knit team on a range of complex and sensitive matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work from the outset. Key responsibilities include: Assisting on and managing cases involving: Brain injuries (adult and child) Complex orthopaedic injuries, including amputations Fatal accident claims and inquests Supporting senior lawyers on multi-million-pound claims Liaising with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence Contributing to case strategy and settlement discussions Providing empathetic, client-focused support to individuals and families Collaborating within a team-based case handling structure Team & Working Environment You will work within a partner-led team model, ensuring exposure to multiple experienced lawyers on each case.
