About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key moments from podcasts, using AI tools to clip and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that makes a difference.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI-driven optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging content that inspires and motivates, aligning with the brand’s values and audience interests.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across platforms.
2. Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring content aligns with the podcast’s tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Grow YouTube channels through content optimization, compelling titles/thumbnails, and platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation – Create and manage high-quality visual content using AI tools, maintaining brand consistency.
5. Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content to meet marketing calendars and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Write inspiring, engaging copy using AI, ensuring consistent tone for each platform.
7. Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via platform analytics, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with increased views and engagement.
* Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with analytical skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and content priorities.
