Job Summary
An opportunity for a permanent Full-time Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. We are seeking a conscientious and reliable person to work as a Team Administrator at Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service.
The post holder will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and experience in a busy office environment. We value hardworking, flexible individuals who can prioritise effectively.
Main Duties
* Receive and process referrals.
* Process discharge paperwork and update the system accordingly.
* Type all team letters.
* Book appointments and update case notes on the patient record system.
* Take minutes at team meetings and transcribe accurately.
* Answer calls and relay messages promptly.
* Perform general admin tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, printing, and laminating.
* Support team members in setting up meeting rooms and checking/booking rooms.
* Manage emails and monitor purchase requisitions for supplies and services.
* Arrange clinic appointments.

* NVQ Level 3/RSA Level 3 or equivalent experience
Experience (Essential)

* Knowledge of SystmOne
* Shorthand/Speedwriting
