The Role: Driving Performance Through People
As the Technical Support Engineer / Trainer, youll take the lead on delivering and developing CT HV Electric training programmes, both in the training centre and in the field. You'll mentor and audit CT Field Engineers, helping them continuously improve their technical skillsets, safety awareness, and overall performance.
