Role Overview:
This is a supportive administrative role within the Credit Control team, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, service-oriented communication, and working in a collaborative environment. You will assist Credit Controllers by handling administrative duties and making service-related outbound calls to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Credit Control team
* Make outbound service calls to follow up on queries and gather information
* Log and update customer account information accurately
* Assist in resolving basic account queries and escalating complex issues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Support the team in achieving collection targets through non-collection tasks
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Comfortable making outbound service calls (non-sales)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Basic understanding of credit control processes is a plus
