Storm2’s client is transforming how financial institutions onboard customers, offering a powerful orchestration layer that automates identity, fraud, and compliance decisions. Their real-time, API-first platform helps banks, fintechs, and lenders make smarter risk-based decisions—faster and at scale.
They’re now hiring a Sales leader to lead and scale their UK and EMEA sales function. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving revenue, shaping go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performing sales culture. You’ll be joining an ambitious, well-funded team that’s solving one of the most urgent challenges in fintech: how to automate trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Own regional sales strategy and execution, including forecasting, pipeline development, and team growth.
* Lead and coach a team of high-performing AEs, ensuring consistent overperformance and career development.
* Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders across banking, lending, and fintech.
* Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to refine positioning and messaging in the region.
Requirements
* 5+ years in a senior leadership role (I.e Head of / SVP / CRO)
* Deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem, especially regtech, compliance, or onboarding.
* Proven success in hiring, coaching, and scaling sales teams in a fast-growth environment.
* Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline—able to manage complexity, quotas, and timelines across regions.
