Are you an experienced M&E Manager looking for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic team in the Midlands and make a significant impact on our projects and operations, overseeing a multi site portfolio. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill this crucial role.
Position: M&E Manager
Location: Midlands Region
Working
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Innovation: Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and address any issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in an M&E management role with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
