We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager (nurse qualified) to work in a small nursing home just outside of Blackpool, Lancashire. The 30-bed home has an excellent reputation, and this role is ideal for someone who values kindness and wants to make a positive difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities of a Deputy Nurse Manager
* Oversee and assist with all nursing care and activities within the home.
* Create and update individual care plans for residents.
* Maintain accurate medication records.
* Support, guide, and assist the team.
* Perform hands-on nursing duties.
* Build relationships with community partners.
* Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing.
* Assist the Registered Manager in running the home.
Package and Benefits
* Hourly rate of £22 - £24
* Paid breaks
* Working 48 hours per week, 4 x 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm
* Allocated supernumerary time
* Annual salary up to £59,000+

Ideal Candidate
* Proven clinical experience in a nursing home at Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager level
* Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN, or RNLD
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create and maintain accurate care and medication records
* Excellent clinical skills
