You’ll be working under Fredrik Lindfors, Head Fishmonger and Co-Owner, whose years of dedication and expertise have established us as the best fishmongers in West London. What We Offer £35,000–£45,000 per year DOE Private Healthcare Scheme 40% staff discount across our retail shops and restaurants What We’re Looking For Strong knife skills and proven filleting experience Excellent customer service and multitasking ability High attention to detail and calmness under pressure Good knowledge of food and drink Previous fishmonger experience (essential) Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week Your Responsibilities Prepare and fillet a wide range of fish and seafood Monitor stock levels and ensure proper rotation Maintain the highest food quality and uphold Food Safety standards Support team culture of fun, skill, and hard work Assist with ordering and minimising waste Advise customers on product selection, cooking methods, and recipe ideas
