We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in Edinburgh or London for an Associate to join their Real Estate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an innovative Real Estate team, working with a range of domestic and international clients.
The Associate will advise on several real estate issues including landlord/tenant matters, investment, development, sale and purchase of commercial real estate, and obtaining security.
Essential Criteria:
* Qualified solicitor in Scotland or England/Wales;
* 0-2 years’ PQE;
* Real estate experience;
* Excellent academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong organisational skills;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Ability to manage busy caseload.
