Role: Stores Person
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: Full time / 8.30am to 5pm- Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.21ph
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Stores Person to join our clients successful team.
Duties of a Stores Person:
1. Operate various Warehouse equipment including Forklift Pallet trucks to move stock
2. Loading and unloading vehicles
3. Shipping
4. Packing products for distribution
5. Maintaining a clean workspace
6. Assist in materials handling
7. Heavy lifting required up to 25kg
8. Working alongside the Warehouse Manager
9. Delivering goods
What we would like from you:
10. Previous Warehouse experience
11. Experience operating heavy equipment / forklifts
12. Drivers license required
13. Delivering stock and must be comfortable driving a transit size vehicle
14. Strong understanding of safety practices in the Warehouse
