Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
* Support in the background of capital works projects to ensure successful completion.
* Respond to email and telephone enquiries.
* Manage and administer the project intranet for key initiatives.
* Accurately record minutes during meetings.
* Maintain all project documentation, including plans and interior finish samples.
About you
This is a challenging, fast-paced role requiring excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Experience in a construction-related field, comfort with set budgets, and strong IT skills are desirable.
