About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining learning momentum across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and keeping students engaged
* Upholding strong behaviour expectations in line with school policies
* Ensuring the classroom remains a positive, focused learning environment
* Providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN), as required
