What you'll be doing:
1. You will be a Brand ambassador, leading the team by example to;
2. Sell our chic, stylish and fashionable women's clothing range with confidence
3. Be able to articulate the best clothing items for the customers bodyshape and or end use requirements
4. Have a range of selling techniques which gives the customer a brilliant customer experience whilst converting into a sale
5. Be present on the shop floor ensuring retail standards and customer services are delivered at all times.
6. You will thrive in an environment with targets and see your KPI's as an opportunity along with motivating your team
