Position: Senior Sous Chef
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + tronc (approx. £2,500–£3,000 annually)
Accommodation: Optional live-in with private en-suite (£250/month)
Meals: Complimentary during shifts
Contract: Full-time, permanent

As the restaurant continues to grow in reputation and covers, we’re seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to help lead a dedicated kitchen team and maintain the highest culinary standards.
The Role
* Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of daily service across lunch and dinner
* Oversee prep, service, and stock management with precision and care
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Play a key role in menu development and seasonal specials
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, focused kitchen culture
About You
1. Proven experience as a Sous in a quality-led, fast-paced restaurant
