£12.61 an hour plus competetive tronc system - potential earnings up to £20.61

* Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
* Drive revenue growth through effective upselling techniques.
* Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to exceed guest expectations.
* Nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and cultivating a loyal customer base.
* Implement and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
