We have registered a role with a manufacturing business based near Richmond who are looking for a Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
We are looking for a self-motivated, methodical individual with credit control and general accounts administration experience teamed with strong organisational and time management skills.
The right candidate will have:
1. Microsoft Office and Excel skills - Essential
2. Knowledge of accounting software preferable; Sage, Xero etc.
3. Minimum of AAT L2 or be suitably qualified by experience
4. Great organisational skills
5. Be a meticulous problem solver
6. Be confident on the phone and comfortable making outgoing calls
Duties will include:
7. Credit control for a varied customer base both UK and overseas.
8. Monitoring debtor balances are within agreed credit limits and ensuring debts are collected within set terms
9. Sales invoicing for Head Office and Service Centre
10. Submission of sales invoicing via client portals, ensuring all documentation is included where applicable
11. General accounting and office administration duties as required
