Salary: £29,993 basic + commission (OTE £50,000+)

The role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.
You’ll:
7. Handle inbound customer enquiries
8. Identify needs and recommend the right products
9. Close sales while delivering excellent service
10. Work to achievable sales targets
11. Ensure FCA compliance at all times

What we’re looking for
22. Sales experience (call centre or phone-based preferred)
23. Target-driven
24. Strong communication skills
25. Comfortable working in a regulated environment (FCA experience is a bonus)
