Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Hastings area to join their team.
This is an opportunity to join an award-winning business, offering an excellent basic salary, bonuses, and car allowance.
Working Hours:
* Full-time or Part-time
* Remote / work-from-home basis
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
* Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
* On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
* Fixed geographical area to work in
* Admin and Operational support, including booked appointments and compliance
* Employee Benefits including Healthcare, employee referral scheme and subscription fees paid
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
* Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
* Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
* Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
* Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
* Experience as a practising Surveyor
* RICS Membership
* VRS registered
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Technical expertise in Surveying
* Ability to work in fast paced organisation
