Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming nursery in Weston-super-Mare for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role
* Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
* Location: Weston-super-Mare
* Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, full-time
* Pay: £13.00 per hour
* Contract: Temporary to Permanent
* Interview Dates: Week commencing 29th June 2026
Responsibilities
* Supporting the learning, development, and care of children in the nursery setting
* Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
* Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Strong understanding of EYFS (preferred)
* Paediatric First Aid (desirable - training can be provided)
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply (support provided)
