Job Role:
* Teaching across a range of SEND settings, working with students with autism, complex needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
* Delivering engaging and adaptive lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
* Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
* Working closely with support staff and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans.
* Providing consistency and stability for students in the absence of their usual teacher.
