Position Summary
Johnson & Johnson, a world leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Analyst to support our EMEA Assisted Service Customer Order Experience (Cx) capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of delivering IT solutions in support of Assisted Service capabilities for our Customers
- Ensure appropriate software delivery methodologies are in place to deliver quality IT solutions tied to business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Evaluate industry leading capabilities and drive solutioning to ensure we build a competitive advantage through our Cx systems.
- Drive integration strategy to provide an integrated ecosystem with Commercial and Supply Chain systems to ensure a connected and seamless experience in support of our customers and patients.
- Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy and the associated capabilities.
- Strong leadership experience in building highly effective, collaborative teams with a strong track record of successful delivery.
Key Attributes Of The Role
- Technology Product Strategy: Help shape our technical product strategy to demonstrate measurable improvement in business value. Partner with Product Owners to align on Product Vision and build, maintain and execute against accompanying capability roadmap.
- Business Analysis: Identifies and analyzes business needs to fully understand scope of opportunity while ensuring proper acceptance criteria is defined.
- Technical depth: Technical scope of knowledge includes a broad understanding of Customer Engagement solutions with continual exploration of leading technologies.
- Continuously learn via research, collaboration with technology vendors, IT Architecture and attend tech events to get ahead of the curve and proactively bring new relevant capabilities to the product line.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant field.
- At least 3 years of Experience in Information Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions applying Agile delivery methodologies.
- Product Management experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivated leader that can build highly effective, collaborative teams that deliver measurable value.
