Instructor/Assessor in Education and Early Years role at Lincoln College. Lincoln College is looking to recruit an Instructor/Assessor in Education and Early Years. You\ll be responsible for work-based assessment, supervision, tuition, and internal verification of students on our Early Years Education programmes.
Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site work-based assessments and reviews
* Supervise and verify student assessments
* Plan, develop, and deliver training on Early Years Education programmes
Qualifications
* Relevant educational qualifications in Education and Early Years
* Experience in work-based assessments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in teaching or training
* Knowledge of Early Years Education frameworks
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Up to £28,278 per annum
