The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, managing projects end-to-end and making sure everything runs smoothly from brief through to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams, solve problems quickly, and spot opportunities to grow your accounts.
This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, make an impact, and develop their career.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own portfolio of client accounts
* Acting as the main point of contact and building strong relationships
* Taking client ideas and turning them into clear, actionable briefs
* Overseeing projects from concept to completion
* Keeping everything on track—timelines, quality, and budget
* Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and add value
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best results
* Bringing new ideas and improvements to the table
What We’re Looking For
* 2 years’ experience in print (manufacturing or management)
* Some experience in Account Management or client-facing roles
* Someone proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Commercially aware with a mindset for growth
