Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience working with children and young people in statutory settings, demonstrating expertise in safeguarding and child protection.
* Proven ability to deliver strong outcomes in complex cases, including those involving safeguarding and looked-after children.
* Demonstrated success in leading and improving practice standards, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
* A deep understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and frameworks governing social work practice.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience supporting the development of ASYE social workers or students, with a focus on mentoring and coaching.
* Ability to contribute to or deliver staff training and supervision, with a focus on performance improvement and staff development.
