Recruitment Specialist – Uncapped Monthly Commission & Quarterly Bonuses (£40,000 to £60,000+ OTE) – Based in Tonbridge (First Year)

What We Offer:
* £35,000 – £60,000+ OTE: Uncapped monthly commission, monthly bonus structure, and quarterly bonuses.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Sourcing and speaking with high-caliber automotive candidates daily, building deep relationships over the phone, LinkedIn, and job boards.
* Managing the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle: writing compelling ads, screening CVs, prep-interviewing candidates, and managing client offers through to successful placement.
* Liaising directly with our portfolio of 500+ clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent.
* Working towards clear, achievable sales and performance targets with zero caps on what you can earn.

* Experience or no experience — we will train you up. All we ask is that you are reliable, driven, and possess a massive willingness to graft.

* Previous recruitment or sales experience is brilliant, but a hunger to learn and the right attitude matters most.
