Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for scheduled appointments.
Receive and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
Maintain an organised and tidy reception area at all times.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the team.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders.Profile
A successful Temp Receptionist should have:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a professional setting.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
