I’m working with a global technology organisation to hire a Customer Briefing Specialist to deliver high-impact executive briefings within their London Customer Experience Centre.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of customer engagement, ideal for someone from an events or hospitality background who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating and delivering executive-level customer briefings end-to-end
* Managing onsite experience including setup, catering, and stakeholder readiness
* Working closely with senior internal leaders and customer executives
* Ensuring a seamless, “white glove” experience throughout
* Managing multiple briefings at once in a dynamic setting
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in events, hospitality, or similar
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
* Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt quickly
* Confident working independently and making decisions
* Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
