Football Analyst – High Impact Internship (Unpaid, Bonus Potential)

Remote | Flexible (3, 6, or 9 months)

Company Description:

Achieve 360 is a first-of-its-kind athlete development programme helping aspiring footballers maximise their growth on and off the pitch - including the mental side of the game.

Through 1-1 mentorship, online programmes, in-person development, and group support, we help players
live, think, and play like professionals
. Our core age group is 11–19, but our vision is bigger: scaling a brand that makes a lasting difference in young athletes' lives.

Role Description:

We are looking for a
Football Analyst Intern
to play a
high-impact role
in supporting players with their development.

This placement is designed for someone who wants to sharpen their analysis skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a portfolio working directly with players - including a full-time player and ex-youth international.

Responsibilities:

* Break down player clips into
short, effective highlight packages
* Highlight key tools and methods players can use to analyse their own game
* Work as a
personal analyst
for an elite player - providing insights, recommendations, and feedback
* Track player data, stats, and performance trends using
individual trackers and KPIs
* Contribute to building a simple but effective system for analysis across the Achieve 360 programme
* Compare and aid players development with high level Pro player clips/examples
* Bonus - South of England in person match analysis (expenses paid)

* Qualifications

* Strong interest in football, performance, and analysis

* Familiarity with tools/software for video editing and performance tracking (or a willingness to learn fast)
* Detail-oriented with a passion for spotting the small things that make the big difference
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Studying (or recently graduated) in Football Analysis, Performance Analysis, Sports Coaching & Development, or Sport Technology is a plus - but not necessary.

What You'll Gain

* Hands-on experience working as a
football performance analyst
* The chance to directly impact a
pro-level player's development
* Mentorship from Achieve 360's founder and exposure to professional football environments
* A portfolio of analysis work to showcase in your career
* Flexible, remote-friendly schedule
* Unpaid placement
with
high bonus potential
based on impact
