Job Description
Are you interested in conducting applied health psychological research using both quantitative and qualitative methods? Perhaps you want to pursue a PhD but need more research experience first? We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Psychology for a passionate individual in health-related research to develop these skills and support a project funded by the White Rose Consortium.
We are seeking candidates with a good honours degree in Psychology and subject knowledge in Health Psychology. As this role involves assisting the Principal Investigator in managing the day-to-day activities of the research project, you should have experience conducting your own research and be able to manage your time effectively.
Our department is impactful, with over 85% of our research classified as world-leading or internationally excellent in the last Research Excellence Framework. It is composed of a friendly and vibrant community of academic staff, postgraduate, and postdoctoral researchers.
If you are passionate about Health Psychology and eager to gain further experience in conducting mixed methods research and contributing to research outputs, we would love to hear from you.
